Former NASCAR Diversity Director and USA Swimming Foundation board member Max Siegel was the keynote speaker at USA Swimming’s Diversity Summit, Nov. 12-14 in Colorado Springs. In part 1 of his speech, Siegel talks a little bit about his background and how he got to where he is today.
